Return policy

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at kundtjanst@tizwehair.se, your message gonna include your name, your address, e-mail address, order number, and which goods the return applies.

We will send you return/shipping information after receiveing your email. 

You can not return if you have opened the packaging of ponytails, scrunchies, hair brushes, and hair gel. Because they are hygiene products. 

If we receive opened packaging as a return, the customer will not receive a refund and must pay for shipping costs themselves if the customer wants the product back.
