What color should I have?
- We say that the color doesn't have to be the exact color that you have because it's not so much of your hair that's visible as long as the ponytail is lighter and not darker than your own hair, it's natural that we have lighter lengths and ends but not darker. Most important is to know if you have warm or cold colors in your hair and read what the ponytail has.
- Our product pictures are realistic to real life, but in some cases, the screen can have different colors on different phones/computers so to be extra sure you can look at another screen just to be sure it's your color.
Can I wash the hair?
- Yes, you can, very carefully but we don't think it's necessary. Do not rub in products only press in to avoid tangles.

Can the hair withstand heat?
The hair can withstand up to 160 degrees Celsius. If the heat exceeds 160 degrees, the hair can melt.
How do I know which hair color to get?
There are a number of things that you can think about and do to facilitate your color choice.
- When you put your hair up, what hair color is visible outside the bun/knot? Go for that hair color, not the color of your lengths.
- If some of your light lengths are visible outside the bun, take a color that matches the lightest color visible.
- Is your hair cool or warm? Go for the same tone you have in your hair, if you have warm hair, you should wear a ponytail with warm tones. In our product descriptions on all ponytails, it says whether the hair has a warm or cool tone.
- Can't decide whether to go for the darker or lighter color? Then take it lighter because it is more natural to have lighter lengths.
How long does the hair last?
If you take care of your hair and care for it, it can last up to 4 months.
How do I take care of my hair?
- Brush your hair before, during and after use with our brush. It is very important that you brush your hair during use from time to time in order not to create tangles that cannot be untangled. (Our hairbrush is only 18cm long to make it easy to carry in your jacket pocket or bag)
- Hang your hair up or put it in something when not in use.
- Wash your hair when it starts to get well used and you feel you need a new one. (see the question how do I wash my hair) You can do this 1-2 times before you need to buy a new one.
Can I shape hard?
The hair cannot be shaped. You can only flatten it, but not curl etc.
Can I change my hair?
Yes! We offer free exchanges, as long as the hair is not open! 💞
How do I remove the tangle?
Boil water mixed with fabric softener. Then bathe your hair in it for 10-15 minutes and finally brush your hair.

How to do it:
STEP 1
Put your hair up in the smallest possible bun/knot. Especially if you have long or thick hair.
STEP 2
Place your ponytail over the bun and press the combs into your hair.
