Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there are errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via chat.


Our normal delivery times are 7-12 days. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

If the delivery is delayed (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you should contact us in the chat on the website.

If the package is not collected from an agent, you will be charged SEK 150.

The shipping cost is not refunded upon return.

We are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to postal mail handling.

We reserve the right to price changes caused by supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

When you buy goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the ordered goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to wigs or if you have opened the packaging for products such as ponytails, hairbrushes and hair gel.

5.1 When you exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us via email (kundtjanst@tizwehair.se) that you want to make a return, the email must contain your name and order number.

We will reply to you with information about where to return the package. Returns are sent to an address in Sweden.

If we receive an opened package in return, the customer does not get the money back, nor do we send the product back to the customer. So be careful NOT to send back an opened ponytail.

We recommend that you send the package with a secure delivery method so that you have a guarantee that the package has arrived.

You must return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.

You are responsible for the condition of the products upon return, the products must therefore be sent well packaged and the packaging must be unbroken.

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value if it is a used or damaged product.

5.2 The right of cancellation does not apply if:

Products that are sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.

Complaints and claims

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. However, if the product should be damaged or sent incorrectly when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the error is discovered.

Complain no later than one week after you discovered or should have discovered the error.

If a problem has occurred during delivery, you must notify us immediately after receiving the item.

6.1 How do you go about making a complaint?

Any errors and deficiencies must always be reported to Tizwehair stating the name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.

If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.

We are not responsible for you destroying the product yourself.

We reserve the right to reject a claim if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Consumer Complaints Board, see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

We are not responsible for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, a labor dispute, fire, war, authority decision or reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that are changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as some color differences may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.
