Returns policy

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at kundtjanst@tizwehair.se, your message will include your name, your address, e-mail address, order number, and which goods the return applies to.

We will send you return/shipping information after receiving your email.

You cannot return if you have opened the packaging of ponytails, scrunchies, hair brushes, and hair gel. Because they are hygiene products.

If we receive opened packaging as a return, the customer will not receive a refund and must pay for shipping costs themselves if the customer wants the product back.

DON'T FORGET TO HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE RETURN.
