Can the hair withstand heat?
The hair can withstand up to 160 degrees Celsius. If the heat exceeds 160 degrees, the hair can melt.
Hur vet jag vilken hårfärg jag ska ta?
Det finns en del saker som man kan tänka på och göra för att underlätta sitt färgval.
- När du sätter upp ditt hår, vilken hårfärg är det som syns utanför bullen/knuten? Gå utefter den hårfärgen inte färgen i dina längder.
- Syns lite av dina ljusa längder utanför bullen så ta en färg som matchar den ljusaste färgen som syns.
- Är ditt hår kallt eller varmt? Gå efter samma ton du har i ditt hår, har du varmt hår så ska du ta en ponytail med varma toner. I våra produktbeskrivningar på alla ponytails så står det om håret har en varm eller kall ton.
- Kan du inte bestämma om du ska ta den mörkare eller ljusare färgen? Ta då den ljusare för det faller mer naturligt att man har ljusare längder.
How long does the hair last?
If you take care of your hair and care for it, it can last up to 4 months.
Hur tar jag hand om håret?
- Borsta håret innan, under och efter användning med vår borste. Det är väldigt viktigt att man borstar håret under användning då och då för att inte skapa trassel som inte går att reda ur. (Vår hårborste är endast 18cm lång för att den ska vara enkel att ta med i jackfickan eller väskan)
- Häng upp håret eller lägg det i något när du inte använder det.
- Tvätta håret när det börjar bli väl använt och du känner att du skulle behöva en ny. (se frågan hur tvättar jag håret) Detta kan du göra 1-2 gånger innan du behöver köpa en ny.
Can I shape hard?
The hair cannot be shaped. You can only flatten it, but not curl etc.
Can I change my hair?
Yes! We offer free exchanges, as long as the hair is not open! 💞
How do I remove the tangle?
Boil water mixed with fabric softener. Then bathe your hair in it for 10-15 minutes and finally brush your hair.

How to do it:
STEP 1
Put your hair up in the smallest possible bun/knot. Especially if you have long or thick hair.
STEP 2
Place your ponytail over the bun and press the combs into your hair.
STEP 3
Secure the bun by pulling the string. Finish with a small knot on the string.
STEP 4
Voila, you're done. Now you are ready to go and enjoy all the compliments.
