What kind of material is it and can I wash my hair?

Product information:

- The hair is made of synthetic fiber.

- There are 2 different attachments depending on which hair you buy. It comes with velcro and drawstring, this is stated in the product description on each hair.

- You should not use any products in your hair.

- The hair cannot be dyed.

- We do not recommend washing your hair as it is not necessary.

- The hair can withstand up to 150 degrees of heat, it can only be flattened and not shaped into curls. The hair will not regain its curls if you have flattened it. If you want to flatten the hair, make quick strokes with the tongs on the hair so that you don't accidentally melt the hair.

Can I return?

- Yes, you can return it if you haven't opened the packaging for the hair because it is a hygiene product, however, all our hair comes in transparent packaging so that you can see the hair color clearly. You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know you want to return it.

ATTENTION! Please note that you cannot make a return if the hair is opened, if we receive an opened product a refund will not be made and the package will not be sent back again.

How do the returns work? Have you heard that you have to send to China?

- Returns work so that you let us know what you want to return and which order number your order has, we will send you a return note that you can print yourself and all returns are sent to our office in Norrköping at Styrmansgatan 16, so NOT to China. The return costs SEK 90 and that sum is deducted when the refund is made.

Can I visit you to test the hair?

- No, unfortunately we don't have a physical store anymore, we only exist online.

How long is your delivery time?

- Our delivery times are 7-14 working days. We have chosen to have slightly longer delivery times to be able to keep our standard prices now that all prices are rising and also to be able to offer you all free shipping.
