We have a 14-day return guarantee, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your item. Tizwe's no returns accepted after 14 days of delivery date. Remember that we DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR RETURN LABELS.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping if the customer regrets their purchase.

Return policy

Hygiene products
Our hygienic products such as hair, nails and more cannot be returned if they have been opened and/or tested.

14 day right of return
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any non-defective item. Please note that returns will not be accepted after this period.

Responsibility for return shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or if we have packed the item incorrectly. We do not offer free returns or return labels.

Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, pet hair and distinctive odors, with all product labels intact.

Exceptions for returns
Some items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, e.g. fresh produce, specially manufactured products, personal care products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

Unclaimed goods
In the case of unclaimed goods, a fee of SEK 179 is charged to cover administrative costs from the forwarders.

Refund Policy

Processing refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. If it is a service, the refund will start within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the service.

Method of refund
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Damages and errors
Reporting of defective goods
Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately by email at contact @ tizwes . com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Reports of defects must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

Refund exceptions

Refund without returning the product
Refund requests without returning the product will not be processed. In exceptional cases, we can offer a partial refund of 50% along with store credit, so you can keep the item.

Delivered item not received
If the tracking number indicates successful delivery but you have not received the item due to incorrect address information, we can offer a replacement upon receipt of a secure delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of SEK 99.


Order cancellation policy

Cancellations and changes to order information are STRICTLY accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed (if the order has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact us by email at contact @ tizwes . com and enter your order number.

Tizwe's assumes no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fires, wars, government orders, reduced or non-delivery by suppliers and other unforeseeable factors. In addition, the Company shall not be held responsible for any changes to products or product characteristics made by the respective suppliers or other factors beyond our control.

Tizwe's further disclaims all responsibility for direct or indirect damages or losses that may befall the customer as a result of the purchase or use of our products or services. It is the customer's responsibility to use the products in accordance with the stated guidelines and to exercise care when handling them.
